In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product i.e. you feel that
the goods do not satisfy your requirements, are not as stated, or are not up to
your standards, then you will need to contact us within 14 days after delivery.
Goods must be returned to us with the original packaging and materials in NEW
and UNUSED CONDITION, and in the ORIGINAL
PACKING. Following terms & conditions apply for returns.
- If you need to return an item, please e-mail us at
contact@i-golfer.co.uk with your order number, explaining the problem
and we will revert back to you with a request for returning the goods back with
a returns number. Items cannot be returned without our prior approval.
- Please send all items back to us via a form of delivery that requires our signature
upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged
en-route to us and that is why we recommend that you use a reputable carrier in
case you need to make a claim.
- Please ensure to enclose a copy of your invoice, your daytime telephone contact
number, our returns number and a covering letter stating the reason for returning
the goods, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Refund or replacement
of your goods maybe delayed if the necessary paperwork is not included.
- All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. We regret that refunds
cannot be made for golf equipment or clothing that shows evidence of having been
used or worn. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
- We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs incurred if we feel that the
goods are a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. The
refund will be equivalent to the shipping charge that you paid at time of ordering.
- Refunds cannot be made on custom made products unless they are
faulty.
- If you send a product back for an exchange against a different product,
then we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you.
FAULTY GOODS
All goods carry a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty and should there be a problem
within this period, then we will do everything possible to assist you in taking
care of your particular situation. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through
normal use then the following action needs to be taken:
- For purchases under 14 days old, we will replace or exchange the item at our expense.

with details about the fault, and we will confirm with a returns number. Once we
are in receipt of the returned goods, we will update you with exchange details.
- If the identical size or model is no longer available then we will exchange it for
an equivalent make/model, or offer you credit vouchers which can be used to purchase
products from our website. If you are not satisfied with this offer, then we will
refund your purchase price.
- We will contact the relevant manufacturer for purchases that are over 14 days old
and less than 12 months old. We will then advise you with a returns address and
the item will be either repaired, replaced or returned back to you (we will return
the item if we do not find a manufacturing fault). If the manufacturer finds the
item faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the
item was returned (equivalent to & not exceeding the shipping charge that you
paid at time of ordering.)
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For customers outside the UK, please note that we cannot pay for the shipping cost
you incur to return the goods. You will be responsible for any additional duty,
taxes, insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally,
including warranty replacements.
